Dr.
Brittany Lawler, Psy.D, LMHC

I am a licensed mental health counselor who blends modalities of care with a dash of quirky warmth, humor, and curiosity.

Life can be a challenge and as we move through experiences, we can struggle with the bumps in the road that were not “part of the plan”. I believe each experience gives us more information about who we are and what is truly important to us. This is all great information for us to reflect on goals and what type of person we want to be. It can be hard to adjust, change directions, and repair or rebuild our lives. Our relationships are crucial to our success. Whether it be a romantic relationship, friendships, issues with co-workers for raising children: No one is meant to face it alone.

I strive to build a genuine connection with each person as they are. Through therapy, we can explore what you feel are your barriers and enhance your strengths while befriending the parts of ourselves that struggle. Our works focuses on developing self-insight and discovery to unlock pieces of yourself that may have been ignored or avoided to help integrate the whole system.

We want to be ourselves and to be seen for our authentic self with the freedom to be who we are while communicating boundaries to keep ourselves safe. You deserve the life you want and the therapeutic relationship is no different than any other: You need to feel safe to be who you are. Whether that is with me, or another therapist, remember that therapy is a partnership. My goal is to support you with genuine curiosity, compassion, and connection and to provide a place that is safe to explore all the aspects that are you.

Shoshana Schrenk, LMCHA

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, not only from others, but from themselves. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship barriers, trauma, grief, body image and nutrition.

I enjoy working with clients who want to explore the mind- body connection in order to integrate the parts of themselves to feel whole. I focus on the connection between physical health and mental health, recognizing how each can influence our overall well-being.

Together we can explore what is beneath the surface, gain a deeper insight into your experiences, and work toward rebuilding connection, balance, and self-understanding.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-Earth. I take a person-centered, trauma informed, and strengths based approach: We will work at your pace with compassion and curiosity.

I believe in the healing power of being seen and my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
